Ryan Wheaton has over twenty years experience in the construction industry serving the residential sector. For fourteen years, he repaired homes and remodeled Friendly’s and Dunkin’ Donuts restaurants all over New England.
Ryan was previously employed at the East Longmeadow Housing Authority, where his main job duties were the maintenance of the grounds and buildings, as well as the health and safety of his tenants. His experience there helped build upon his knowledge about residential repairs and fixtures.
Ryan attended the New England School of Home Inspection in Stamford, Connecticut to gain further hands-on experience, and became a certified home inspector. Ryan then went on to pass the National Home Inspectors Exam.
